TODAES will publish research papers (approximately 10-15 printed pages each), tutorial and survey papers (approximately 20-30 printed pages each), and short technical notes (no more than 5 printed pages each).
TODAES will utilize state-of-art electronic publishing and communication technology for its distribution in three formats, hardcopy (quarterly, approximately 400 printed pages per year), electronic distribution via an Internet server (upon acceptance of final manuscript), and CD-ROM (yearly, cumulative for each five year period). Continual evolution of the distribution formats are expected as technology progresses.
